Providing professional training and support to academic staff is at the heart of our service.
Teachers are often the first to recognise the signs of student distress. Research highlights the increasing trend in student emotional and mental health problems and teachers are required to respond to these every day, on top of their current work load.
Drawing on ten years experience within NHS mental health services, our approach is grounded in Occupational Therapy (OT) and fused with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
