Thora is a Health and Well-being Practitioner. She has extensive experience in working with Medically Unexplained Symptoms, such as ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia, supporting clients and students to optimal health.
In addition to her practitioner role, Thora has also been a course tutor on a London based Psychology Practitioner training course. This has given her a unique perspective in terms of being able to support students, as well as understanding the constraints and limitations of the teaching environment.
Having herself suffered with ME and Fibromyalgia during both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies, Thora knows first-hand just what a difference having the right support can make. She completed both her degrees with Honours and fully recovered a number of years ago.
The foundation of Thora’s approach is always compassion, courage, commitment and curiosity. She considers these cornerstones to developing robust emotional wellbeing and physical health.
Her commitment is to support functional and robust health and well-being with everyone that she works with.
Thora is a champion for integrated medicine and is actively involved in research and regularly attends conferences in her area of expertise.
